WOW These guys are AMAZING!! From the first point of contact with Gary right through to after the event, so easy-going and accommodating to our requests. All our guests were thrilled with the quality and high standards of music and entertainment we were given for our event. Thankyou from the bottom our hearts for helping us create a special event to remember. We will definitely be rebooking for our future events. Highly recommend Gary and the team at Herding Katz. You won't be disappointed!!

Gary and the boys played at my birthday party last Saturday night and really they made the night!! The energy they bring, and the fact that anybody could grab the mike and join in (check out the video on FB) got the place absolutely pumping!!!!! Certainly I would highly recommend them and will be calling them first for our next celebration……..

We had such an incredible experience before, during and after our interactions with Herding Katz.
Gary was always so efficient with communicating with me, gave advice on how the evening should run to get the most out of our booking and was always so pleasant and lovely to converse with.
Last night they played at my 30th and were unreal! I’ve had so many of my guests say how great they were. They brought the place to life! The playlist was personalised and they even changed words in the song to make me feel special for my birthday.
We will absolutely be recommending them to everyone we know.

Wow what can I say, Gary and the band were absolutely incredible. They had the whole fundraiser up dancing, they brought so much energy and fun. A fabulous playlist and just a pleasure to deal with.

I recently had the pleasure of having Herding Katz play at my 40th birthday celebration, and they absolutely made the night! From start to finish, the band was nothing short of amazing. Their song list was spot on, with something for everyone, and they had everyone up on the dance floor all night long. The energy was electric, and their ability to engage with the guests really set the tone for the evening. They even invited some of us up on stage, creating an unforgettable experience.
A special shout-out to Gary – he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Easy-going, accommodating, and incredibly professional, he was there for whatever we needed, without ever being pushy. It made organising the entertainment for my event a breeze.
If you're looking for a band that will elevate your event, look no further than Herding Katz. I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough – you won’t be disappointed. If you're thinking about booking a band (or upgrading from a soloist like I did), DO IT. You won’t regret it!

We booked Herding Katz for my 60th birthday party. Wow! Very accommodating. Awesome music. Got the audience involved and who raved about how great the band were. Highly recommend you use these guys for your event!

From start to finish Gary was fantastic, he was easy to collaborate with, he arrived on time as arranged, and made my 70th birthday 🎂 a night to remember.
The band had a great variety of songs, was professional, and was really nice. I would recommend them to anybody who wants good dance music.

We booked Herding Katz for my 40th. I wanted a band that we could dance all night to, and these guys certainly delivered! Everyone had a blast! They had a fantastic set list to choose from, engaged with the crowd and were pure entertainers!

Herding Katz played at our wedding at Bimbadgen, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of band! They were so much fun, and the crowd was very involved.
If you want everyone to be on the dance floor, herding Katz are the band for you!! Great communication also and great choices for songs,
will also play requests!

Gary and the boys from Herding Katz were fantastic and very easy to work with from the beginning right up to packing up after a great show,
The dance floor was packed all night the boys could read a crowd, when the party was pumping they missed their break and kept on playing,
Everyone on the night commented “how good is the band”, they made the night one to remember

They had a huge song list and let me choose the songs I wanted…
They had a spare microphone and we all got up and party and sang with them…
They sounded so good and had such a pump up party vibe… They made the Party… 10/10

This band is the ultimate entertainment package, our birthday function would not have been the success that it was without Herding Katz. I now have everyone wanting their details to book for future functions. Vocally Gary is on point and the band just mesh so well together.
From the booking process to set up and delivery, Herding Katz has it covered. They are a truly fantastic, talented band!

We hired Herding Katz for a corporate fund-raising event in Newcastle. We cannot recommend this band enough! They communicated well, were reliable, and were professional. They played an amazing set and had everyone up dancing and singing…..great lighting and sound…..
Do yourself a favour and hire Herding Katz….we will be using them again

Where do I even start with the guys from Herding Katz! A benefit night was organised for a little 13 year old local redhead girl fighting leukaemia at NEX Newcastle in June, not only did the Herding Katz put on an AMAZING performance , they also went above and beyond to ensure the night was a success, from promoting the event, to seeking raffle prizes and donations for the night. The night wouldn’t have been what it was without this amazing band.
I couldn’t recommend these guys enough for your next event. Some of the best people you’ll come across 🩷🩷🩷🩷
